Wonderful Steiff articulating monkey named “Jocko.” In good condition with minor losses to the tips of the appendages. Clearly stored properly for many decades. Very solid example of a Steiff stuffed animal.
Tag indicates production in Germany - possibly the US Zone after WWII... which would date in as early as 1946.
Measures 10-11” in height when sitting, actually much larger when extended.
This makes an excellent gift even for the most discerning Steiff collector.
